The restaurant in Ermelo has an open kitchen where the charcoal grill is central. In addition to our Veluwe apple pie, we have also prepared our famous pork tenderloin saté, matured Gasconne and Simmenthaler beef from 'de Lindenhoff' in Baambrugge and fresh fish, shellfish and swearfish on our authentic charcoal grill.
